Check out the results of the Golden Lighting Design Team’s lighting consultation with local realtor/renovator Mr. Joshua Bowling. Dubbed The Georgia St. House - the home embodies the term "living antique". From its original casement windows to the heritage hardwoods, the home is historic.

To the right of the main entry, a beautiful open concept kitchen with plenty of sight lines greet homeowners and guests. Classic shaker cabinets pay homage to the home’s southern charm while a coat of white paint updates and freshens the space. A dark blue island pops against the white cabinetry while the island’s custom butcher block counter top adds rustic appeal.

Seasoned flipper, Josh Bowling opted to complement the brushed steel appliances with matching hardware. Our team wanted to keep the linear lines of the hardware, while adding contrast to the space. To do this, the team decided to play with the mixed metal tones of our Tribeca collection. The team landed on a sophisticated two-tone combination of soft Pewter with Aged Brass accents.

The client selected coordinating fixtures to echo the same stylistic tones of the fixtures in the kitchen. To coordinate with the hardware in these areas, he decided to match the space with a 4-light pendant in Pewter and Aged Brass.

The laundry room and hall were painted a soft cream color. The laundry room was also fitted with front facing white appliances and a wall to wall natural wood counter top with white storage cabinets. The team installed a complementary Tribeca fixture to balance the soft space as the striking open geometric cage added visual interest.
