Get ready! We're revealing the first spaces of Project Home 2020...the mudroom and bathroom.

We are only revealing a portion of the house at this time, but the entire house carries the same styles. To create cohesion and bring warmth to every corner of the home, a degree of the home's overall style is incorporated in each room. The house is a blend of modern farmhouse and cottage design. Take a look at how these styles were used in the mudroom and bath.

We love that these utilitarian spaces are able to exceed their obligatory functional purpose and be fun and inviting as well.

Upstairs Bathroom - Bartlett 3 Light Bath Vanity in French White

We'll start with the 2020 Project Home's upstairs bathroom. A beautiful fresh white color is echoed throughout the room. The two-tone pattern tile complements the elegant double vanity sink. Gold hardware on the cabinet door and mirrors add contrast while not overpowering the neutral palette of the space. Our Bartlett vanity lights adds industrial farmhouse tones. The weathered white and gold finish of the light fixture softens the overall look. The clean modern lines and minimalist décor also align with the couple’s desire for a hint of Scandinavian style.

Mudroom - Aldrich 18" Flush Mount in Aged Brass with a Matte White Shade

This mudroom acts as another entry point to the home. Entries with potentially heavy foot traffic need to be inviting. This space was also designed to provide tons of storage and to function as a laundry room. The use of wall-to-ceiling custom cabinetry efficiently eliminates clutter. The sage green color contrasts the gold hardware while echoing the overall farmhouse design of the home. The natural wood door with its segmented glass pane, matches the open wood shelving and seating. Our Aldrich 18” Flush Mount in Aged Brass with a Matte White Shade adds contrast to this refined, but rustic mudroom.Aldrich 18" Flush Mount
