As we have gone through the effects of COVID-19, Golden Lighting has remained open and dedicated to you. While attempting to maintain our normal business flow, we have also been protective of our employees' health. To support this, many of our employees moved to a remote work-from-home environment. We truly appreciated your patience with our modified business practices. 

We are pleased to announce that our Customer Service team is now back in the office.

Our team can now serve you through our in-office phone system. This setup is better equipped to handle high call volumes. To further improve your experience, we have added a new feature to our phone lines that will let you know how many calls are ahead of you in the queue.

Our Customer Service department can be reached from 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. We also offer chat as well as many self-service options on our website. Order status, tracking, inventory, and pricing can all be checked at www.GoldenLighting.com.
