How to Initiate a Return

Note: Missing information may delay or result in denial of credit.
Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns.

Restocking fees are waived if an exchange order is placed simultaneously and the original item is returned in original condition.
Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds, except in cases of our error.

Free shipping applies exclusively within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations.

B2B Drop Ship Fee: A $25 handling fee applies for orders drop-shipped to consumer addresses.
Freight Delivery & Damage Claims

Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and document any visible damages or shortages.

Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Keep all packaging and take clear photos.

Contact Customer Service immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.
Additional Terms

A 25% restocking fee applies to returns exceeding 10 units.

Original proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Credit will not be issued without a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

Golden Lighting reserves the right to deny or issue partial credit for improperly packaged, damaged, or used items.

Credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
