At Golden Lighting, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully review our returns and exchanges policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes

Custom/Personalized Items Final Sale Not eligible
Clearance/Closeout Items Final Sale Not eligible
Oversized Items 90 days from delivery Return surcharges may apply

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service at cs@goldenlighting.com.

  2. Provide the following:

    • Purchase Order Number

    • Item Number/SKU(s)

    • Quantity

    • Tracking Number (if available)

Note: Missing information may delay or result in denial of credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns.

  • Restocking fees are waived if an exchange order is placed simultaneously and the original item is returned in original condition.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds, except in cases of our error.

  • Free shipping applies exclusively within the contiguous United States. Additional charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations.

  • B2B Drop Ship Fee: A $25 handling fee applies for orders drop-shipped to consumer addresses.

Freight Delivery & Damage Claims

  • Inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and document any visible damages or shortages.

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Keep all packaging and take clear photos.

  • Contact Customer Service immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.

Additional Terms

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to returns exceeding 10 units.

  • Original proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Credit will not be issued without a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  • Golden Lighting reserves the right to deny or issue partial credit for improperly packaged, damaged, or used items.

  • Credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
